In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

2.1 By accessing the td7776 Platform, clicking "I Agree" during account registration, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by them.

2.2 These Terms, together with the td7776 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and td7776 in relation to your use of the Platform.

2.3 If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the td7776 Platform and close your Account by contacting our support team.

3.1 Age Requirement. The td7776 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account or placing a wager, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. td7776 operates a zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling.

3.2 Identity Verification. td7776 is required by its international gaming licence to verify the identity and age of all Players. You must successfully complete the KYC process — including submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC and proof of address — before withdrawals will be processed. td7776 may request KYC documents at any stage and may temporarily restrict account activity until verification is complete.

3.3 Single Account. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the td7776 Platform. Registration of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different identity documents, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a breach of these Terms.

3.4 Geographic Eligibility. You are solely responsible for determining whether access to and use of the td7776 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. td7776 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate for use in any particular jurisdiction and accepts no liability for any breach of local laws by Players.

4.1 Registration. To use the td7776 Platform, you must register an Account by providing a valid Pakistani mobile number or email address, creating a secure password, and completing the registration process accurately. You warrant that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, current, and complete.

4.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any OTP codes with any third party. td7776 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

4.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact td7776 support immediately. td7776 may temporarily freeze your Account pending investigation upon receipt of such a report.

4.4 Accurate Information. You must promptly notify td7776 of any change to your registered mobile number, email address, or other Account details. Providing false information — including misrepresenting your age, identity, or location — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate Account closure.

4.5 Account Currency. All td7776 Accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Transactions processed via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 are settled in PKR at rates determined at the time of transaction. USDT deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing market rate as displayed during the deposit process.

5.1 Deposit Methods. td7776 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing times are displayed at the point of deposit. td7776 does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party network fees (such as blockchain gas fees for USDT) are the Player's responsibility.

5.2 Deposit Source. You confirm that all funds deposited into your td7776 Account are from legitimate sources and are lawfully yours to use. Depositing funds derived from unlawful activity, or using payment instruments belonging to third parties, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant financial authorities.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

1. Your Account must have successfully completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
2. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and verified during KYC. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
3. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account settings.
4. td7776 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that it determines requires further verification.
5. Processing times for verified accounts: JazzCash and EasyPaisa within 15–60 minutes; Bank Transfer within 1–4 hours; USDT TRC20 within 15–30 minutes. These are target times and may be extended during periods of high demand or maintenance.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering. td7776 operates in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any Account or transaction that triggers our AML monitoring systems. Accounts under AML review may have withdrawal processing temporarily suspended pending investigation.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotions offered by td7776 are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and maximum bet restrictions. These promotion-specific terms are published alongside each offer and form part of these Terms when you claim a promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds credited to your td7776 Account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from those bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering on certain game categories — such as live dealer tables — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. td7776 reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and suspend or close any Account where it determines — in its sole and reasonable discretion — that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes, without limitation: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using wagering patterns that constitute low-risk, high-coverage betting designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine recreational play intent; or any other conduct determined to exploit the promotion structure.

7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the td7776 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface and must be understood by the Player before placing a wager. These game-specific rules form part of these Terms.

7.2 RNG Certification. All non-live games on the td7776 Platform use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG). RNG certification is maintained by third-party testing laboratories in accordance with the requirements of td7776's international gaming licence. Live dealer games are operated by licensed studio providers whose outcomes are determined by real physical events (cards, balls, dice) and are not subject to RNG.

7.3 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, connection failure, or software error that affects the outcome of a wager, td7776 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. Where a bet has already been settled, td7776 reserves the right to recover any winnings paid as a result of a technical error.

7.4 Sportsbook Settlement. Sportsbook bets — including cricket, football, UFC, and other markets — are settled in accordance with the official result published by the relevant governing body. Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or voided, bets will be settled in accordance with td7776's sportsbook rules as displayed in the Platform at the time of the event.

7.5 Maximum Payout Limits. Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per day, and per product category. These limits are displayed within the Platform and represent the maximum amount that td7776 is liable to pay in respect of any single bet or series of bets in any single day. Winnings exceeding maximum payout limits will be reduced to the applicable limit.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the td7776 Platform. Breach of any provision in this Clause 8 constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances where appropriate, and may result in a report to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account using another person's identity or documents.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform in any way.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker, live blackjack, or sportsbook markets.
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or display glitches — whether in games or the Platform interface — for financial gain.
• Attempting to launder money or process illegally obtained funds through the td7776 Platform.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, match manipulation, or insider betting on any sporting event available on the td7776 sportsbook.
• Using charge-backs or payment reversals fraudulently after depositing funds and using them for gambling.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any person under the age of 21.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward td7776 staff or other Players via any communication channel.

9.1 Commitment. td7776 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. td7776 provides a comprehensive set of responsible gaming tools to help Players maintain control of their gambling activity.

9.2 Player Tools. All td7776 accounts include the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from account settings without the need to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit limits, effective immediately upon setting and only increasable after a 72-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Reminders: Alerts displayed after a configurable duration of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Period: A 24-hour to 30-day account suspension from deposit and gameplay, effective immediately upon activation.
• Self-Exclusion: A minimum 6-month to permanent exclusion from all Platform access. Self-exclusion is processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

9.3 Age Protection. td7776 uses CNIC-based age verification for all accounts and employs technical measures to detect and prevent underage access. All Players are required to be aged 21 or above. This requirement is non-negotiable and strictly enforced.

10.1 All content on the td7776 Platform — including but not limited to the td7776 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, game content, software, text, images, video, and audio — is the property of td7776 or its licensed content providers and is protected by international intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of td7776.

10.3 Use of the td7776 name, logo, or Platform content for any unauthorised commercial purpose — including affiliate marketing without a formal agreement, social media impersonation, or phishing sites — will be subject to legal action.

11.1 The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by td7776 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you confirm that you have read the td7776 Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

11.2 td7776 processes personal data — including CNIC details, mobile numbers, payment information, and game activity — for purposes including account management, KYC compliance, AML monitoring, fraud prevention, responsible gaming, and customer support. Data is stored securely and encrypted in transit using 256-bit TLS.

11.3 td7776 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors (including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and banking partners), regulatory authorities upon lawful request, and fraud prevention services in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, td7776 shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits; loss of opportunity; loss of data; indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; or any losses resulting from technical errors, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond td7776's reasonable control.

12.2 td7776's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by you into your Account in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, excluding any bonus funds.

12.3 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes td7776's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

13.1 td7776 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — and to void any outstanding bets or bonuses — where it determines, in its sole reasonable discretion, that:

• Any provision of these Terms has been breached by the Account holder.
• The Account is being operated by, or on behalf of, a person under the age of 21.
• False or misleading information was provided during registration or KYC.
• Prohibited conduct as described in Clause 8 has been detected.
• The Account is subject to AML investigation or regulatory inquiry.
• Continuing to operate the Account would expose td7776 to legal, financial, or reputational risk.

13.2 Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, td7776 may withhold any balance pending investigation and reserves the right to forfeit funds where prohibited conduct is substantiated. Where closure is for administrative reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable period.

13.3 You may request closure of your td7776 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Please note that self-exclusion (Clause 9) and voluntary Account closure are different processes with different implications for future access.

14.1 If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your td7776 Account, a game outcome, a bet settlement, or any other matter related to the Platform, you must first contact td7776 customer support via live chat or email at the address displayed on the Platform. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint.

14.2 td7776 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aims to resolve disputes within 14 working days. Where additional investigation is required — particularly for sportsbook settlement disputes or game outcome reviews — the resolution period may be extended, and you will be informed accordingly.

14.3 If a dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through our internal process, you may escalate the matter to the licensing authority under whose jurisdiction td7776 operates. Contact details for the relevant licensing authority are available on request from our support team.

15.1 td7776 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date displayed in the document metadata at the top of the page.

15.2 Where amendments are material — including changes to withdrawal conditions, bonus terms, or Player obligations — td7776 will provide reasonable advance notice via the email address registered to your Account or via an in-Platform notification.

15.3 Your continued use of the td7776 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

16.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which td7776 holds its primary international gaming licence.

16.2 Any dispute arising under these Terms that is not resolved through our internal complaints process (Clause 14) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral body specified by the applicable licensing authority.

16.3 Nothing in this Clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence to the extent that those rights cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted by contract.
